A Quick Visit, A Big Takeaway

Last week we had some visitors from Minnesota and Illinois come hang out, try some lemon pepper wings, but mainly to learn a thing or two.

Since I’ve been working on my interviewing skills so I made sure to take advantage of the opportunity. I asked Adam a few questions, and one thing he pointed out was the authentic leadership and lead-by-example mentality Danny has created.

Holding standards not just for the team, but for himself too — and that’s definitely something that stood out to me when I first started.
