Promotion Alert!

We recently promoted a new Assistant Manager — can you take a guess who it is?

She actually just celebrated her birthday pretty recently… it’s the one and only Lala!

Lala started with us almost two years ago. Before beginning her career in sales, she worked in finance. Since joining our team, she has continued to grow, push herself, and remain a student— which has now led her to this exciting promotion.

A few of Lala’s big goals are to fully retire her mom, open her own beauty spa that she can eventually pass down to her daughter, and to support her children in whatever they desire to do in their futures.

When asked what advice she would give to the newest people in the room — or even current team members — Lala shared something simple yet powerful: “Keep going.”

As she put it:
“Every person who wins in life had to believe [in themselves] before anyone else did.”

We’re so proud of Lala and excited to see what this next chapter holds for her. And who knows… maybe one day I’ll even get a few free services at her future beauty spa! 😉
