More Than We Expected

I recently asked a few members of our management team what they didn’t expect when they started working at W1N.

Mallory said she didn’t expect how big of a focus there would be on culture and building relationships within the team — and especially the friendships that have come from it. Some of those have even turned into people she considers family.

Kenzie shared that she didn’t expect it to change the way she viewed herself. She already saw herself as someone who pushed herself, but once she got around like-minded people all focused on getting 1% better every day, it made her level up even more and really push herself to take full advantage of the opportunity.

And for me, one thing I didn’t expect was the amount of growth opportunities. I came in looking for growth, but not gonna lie… it’s been more than I expected. The opportunities that have come my way have been really great, and I’m super grateful for it.

It’s kind of crazy how you come in expecting one thing… and end up getting so much more out of it.
