Front Row Seat

Lately, I feel like I’ve had a front row seat to watching people grow right in front of me.

From promotions, new offices, leadership opportunities, and people stepping into roles they probably once hoped for — it’s been really cool to see it all happen!

One thing I really love about this opportunity is that growth looks different for everyone. For some people, growth looks like a promotion. For others, it’s gaining confidence, stepping into leadership, and realizing they’re capable of way more than they thought.

And not gonna lie, it’s pretty special watching people take advantage of the opportunity in front of them and start building something of their own.

I might not always be the one on the court, in the meeting, or opening the new office… but I will absolutely be in the stands cheering everyone on along the way. 🙂
