Growth Is Contagious

Lately, I’ve been thinking about how much you can really learn just by being around the right people.

Sometimes growth doesn’t only come from what you’re doing in your own role. Sometimes it comes from watching the people around you — how they show up, how they lead, how they handle pressure, and how they keep going even when things aren’t easy.

Being around people who hold standards for the team but also for themselves has taught me a lot. And honestly, it’s not always the big meetings or big moments that stick with you. Sometimes it’s the little things you notice every day.

The way someone leads by example.
The way they hold themselves accountable.
The way they keep growing, even after they’ve already accomplished so much.

That’s one thing I really appreciate about being here. Growth is always happening around you. Whether it’s someone stepping into leadership, earning a promotion, opening a new office, or just becoming more confident in who they are — there’s always something to learn from.

And not gonna lie… being around people who are constantly trying to get better makes you want to do the same.
