Came Back With a Win!

It’s that time of year again — yearly conference!

This year, the team took a little trip to Texas, and between learning some new things, networking, and of course making a stop at In-N-Out, I’d say it was a pretty good weekend.

But the biggest highlight? Coming back with another trophy to add to the office.

And what was the award for, you ask? Oh, no big deal… just for the work Danny has done in building leaders and helping others step into ownership, which is honestly such a cool recognition. Not just because it’s an award, but because of what it represents.

A lot of the work Danny does is helping people grow, develop, and step into opportunities they probably once thought were out of reach. So seeing him recognized for that specifically feels special.

And I can’t say I’m surprised. If you know Danny, you know he’s always pouring into people, pushing the team, and somehow still thinking ten steps ahead.

So congratulations, Danny! Texas clearly treated you well — and I’m sure this won’t be the last win we get to celebrate.
