Takeaways from the Room

I spoke with a few of our Assistant Managers to ask what they learned from the 2026 Leaders Conference.

Jordan shared that this opportunity is “bigger than you think. The exciting part is that there’s no limit to your growth, and you’re in complete control of it.”

Kenzie said her biggest takeaway was simple but powerful: “Don’t give up. Success looks different for each person, but one thing everyone had in common was that they didn’t give up.”

Nick added another perspective that really stuck with me: “Inspect what you expect. Be mindful of what it takes.”

After hearing from all of them, my biggest takeaway was this: don’t give up, and never expect someone else to do something you wouldn’t be willing to do yourself. As Kayne said it best, “Reach for the stars, so if you fall, you land on a cloud.” Then you can dust yourself off and get back up again.
