It’s easy to celebrate the big moments — and trust me, we definitely will — but what people don’t always see is everything that happens before those moments.

That’s the part that really builds everything!

The promotions don’t just happen overnight.

The new offices don’t just pop up out of nowhere.

The press features don’t come from luck.

And new clients don’t happen without a lot of consistency behind the scenes.

But the 1% better mentality is one thing that helps us get there — wanting to be better than you were the day before, getting stronger through the process, and constantly learning something new.

It’s really cool that there’s always something exciting happening, but there’s also always work being put in before anyone else sees the result.

It makes me appreciate the wins even more, because I know they didn’t just happen — they were worked for.
