Beyond the Office

One thing I will always appreciate is getting to see the team together outside of the usual workday.

Don’t get me wrong, the office moments are great — the meetings, the conversations, the goals, the energy, and everything that happens day to day. But there’s something special about getting everyone together outside of that routine.

Whether it’s a team dinner, a night at Topgolf, or just a chance to hang out and enjoy each other’s company, those moments give people a chance to connect, laugh, relax, and create memories.

The wins are super exciting for sure, but I think part of what makes them even better is getting to celebrate and grow with people you’ve built a bond with.

And that’s one of the things that makes the team feel like a team.
